Terms and Conditions for Using Mersal Zayouna Shipping Services

1. Definitions

Company: Refers to Mersal Zayouna, the provider of domestic shipping services.
Client: The individual or entity using the company’s services to send or receive shipments.
Shipment: Any parcel or goods sent or received through the company’s services.
Service: All shipping and delivery services provided by the company.

2. Scope of Service

Mersal Zayouna offers shipping services to all provinces within Iraq. The company is committed to providing the best services to ensure deliveries are made on time, subject to operational conditions.

3. Accepted Shipments

The company accepts the shipment of parcels and legal goods that are authorized for transport within Iraq.

Prohibited Shipments: The company does not accept the shipment of the following items:

  • Flammable materials
  • Toxic or hazardous chemicals
  • Weapons or ammunition
  • Any materials that are illegal under Iraqi law

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and distance.
Additional fees may apply in special cases, such as overweight or oversized parcels.

5. Delivery Schedule

8. Service Cancellation

The client may cancel a shipment before it is dispatched. Any fees paid will be refunded if the cancellation occurs before the shipment is loaded.
No refund will be provided once the shipping process has started.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between the client and the company, it will be resolved through amicable negotiations.
If no amicable resolution can be reached, the dispute may be referred to Iraqi courts for adjudication.

10. Governing Law

All terms and conditions of the service are governed by Iraqi law, and the Iraqi judiciary will be the primary authority for resolving any disputes arising from the use of the service.
